Showcasing Laurel and Patrick's Choice - Access Fund

Laurel and Patrick were introduced to me by my friend and client, Cam. They were ready to buy their first home. They weren't sure if they wanted to live closer to the ski slopes and trails, or closer to friends. After checking out many areas, it was a privilege to guide them on the path to becoming homeowners in West Seattle.
When I asked them which charity they would like me support they chose Access Fund. Access Fund strives to connect more people to nature by working with the government to provide safe climbing conditions while preserving nature. They believe that sustainable access to climbing is good for health and wellness. Access Fund was founded in 1991 and represents more than 8 million people nationwide. They work to instill a conservation ethic within the climbing community, and collaborate with land managers and lawmakers to ensure they are able to enjoy these incredible places for generations to come.
