I helped Emily and her brother sell their father's home. Since they are located on the East Coast, they used my concierge service to clean, sort, donate, stage and market the home. As an Interfaith Peace Builder, Emily is passionate about bringing peace to Palestine and Israel in the Middle East. The charity she selected for me to donate to is Eyewitness Palestine.
Eyewitness Palestine is a transformational education program that inspires and trains participants to be accountable lifelong social justice advocates in the Palestine solidarity movement and within their own communities. With the belief that every person deserves to live with dignity, freedom, and within an equitable society, Eyewitness Palestine has been helping people break down barriers and affect change in racism, oppression, and war since 2001. By journeying to Palestine/Israel and connecting to the local community and human rights advocates, those that live outside of the Middle East learn first hand about the significant issues hindering peace and how they can help. Each itinerary is custom-designed with new meetings and experiences featuring the voices of Palestinians and Israelis committed to peace with justice.
