Showcasing Scott's Choice - National Brain Tumor Society
Scott purchased his first Queen Anne Condo 15 years ago. Over the years, his career grew and his hobbies expanded, but his condo stayed the same cozy size. He's worked hard and finally decided he was ready for a home with room for his hobbies and a view. We found all that at Plaza Royale just a few blocks up the street from his first condo. The building perches midway up Queen Anne hill and has sweeping views of the Mount Rainier, the Space Needle, the Puget Sound and the Olympics. He has two floors of space for all his hobbies and working from home. When I asked Scott which charity that he would like me to support, he chose the National Brain Tumor Society in memory of his brother in law that battled glioblastoma.
NBTS combines the power of the entire brain tumor community. Funding goes to many organizations and research efforts, giving brain tumor patients the best chance for better treatments. This includes, clinical trials with leading biopharmaceutical companies, advocacy and public policy, and platforms that share cutting-edge medical and research information. This multi-pronged, community-based approach helps to find treatments faster while promoting better information sharing and collaboration between experts around the world to find a cure for brain tumors. Only NBTS convenes these various forces through their programs and mission agenda in order to create rapid progress toward a cure.
