Why did this townhome sell for $125,000 more than a nearly identical home in the community?
In this HOT sellers' market, sometimes sellers wonder why it's necessary to hire a strong and experienced listing agent to represent them. I mean, everything sells, right?
Take this home sale for instance. Another townhome on the same street, with nearly identical square footage and lot size, and with a backyard view just sold for $585,000
