I got to tour this home first because of the generosity of Gerry Perkins, project manager of BDR Fine Homes. It was listed on the Thursday Broker’s Open tour, but deck painting caused it to be cancelled at the last minute. Gerry saw me wandering around, and let me in through the garage.
