Holey moley! October 2020 was crazy compared to October 2019! New listings were up over 35%, and sales were up nearly 30%! I guess the pandemic didn't slow things down. I actually think it pushed normally hot spring markets into the fall. Many of my clients this year decided they couldn't stand their home or apartment 24/7 and acted on long-term goals of buying. Other didn't want to miss out on all-time low interest rates. It's all combined to be a busy fall.
