Introducing Ralph and Mary Alice Hegreness
My very first job out of college was at Technology Management Group. Ralph was one of the founders. He was a great first boss and I loved working at TMG with him. He eventually sold the company and moved to Arizona. Strangely enough, we both ended up in real estate. Ralph brings the same dedication to great service and good data to real estate. Ralph and his wife, Mary Alice, Hegreness serve the areas of Phoenix and Maricopa County in sunny Arizona. Maricopa County includes Scottsdale, Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Goodyear, Surprise, Buckeye, Peoria, and Glendale.
Their specialty lies in ALL Golf Course communities, with a special focus on their home community of Anthem. They love that specifically in Anthem, there are 2 Championship Golf Courses, amazing FAMILY amenities, and the best home values in the County. Nearby, in North Phoenix and "on the way" to Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff, are amazing mountain views and hiking and let's not forget some breathtaking sunsets. It is truly a tremendous multi-generational community with plenty of activities for young and mature alike. When they are not busy with real estate, Ralph and Mary Alice enjoy spending time with their family and church, golfing, walking, swimming, and guitar playing, singing, and songwriting.
