Showcasing Chris's Choice - Motley Zoo Animal Rescue
I met Chris at my open house in North Bend last year. He had decided to downsize and live closer to the activities he enjoys. We found an awesome new construction townhouse in North Bend near all the mountain biking and hiking trails he loves. Once he moved in, we sold his home in Sammamish.
When I asked him which charity he would like me support he chose Motley Zoo Animal Rescue. Motley Zoo is a foster-based pet rescue and are always welcomed to more volunteers. They also do boarding, training, and day care which helps them be able to afford the medical care necessary for the rescue animals that they save from being euthanized. Over the years Chris and his daughter have adopted many pets from them - five cats and a dog; plus they have fostered many kittens over the years. Currently, they are preparing six kittens for adoption. Their Redmond site is closed due to development in the area so the any donations is greatly appreciated to continue the rockstar work that they do.
